By clicking Scan Hardware on the left hand side, and scanning from 1 to 5 when the colour turns from grey back to black, and shows Fixed ok, it is done, it will format the entire memory of the clock to zero, after this step, you can start record sound again into the mp3 device.

Formats Supported

Regarding .mp3 and .wav files, the mp3 clock software supports Windows PCM .wav and 44K,16 bit mp3PROR(FhG) .mp3, other formats and sample rates may be not be supported. Please ensure that your recordings are in these formats.
